New Years Makeup Look

I cannot believe that in a few days time its going to be 2016, that just seems to futuristic for my liking but I’m really looking forward to the year ahead.

Personally I will be spending New Years Eve with my nearest and dearest but I thought that you would like to see a New Years Makeup tutorial from me that you can create if your out for Hogmany or on New Years Day itself.  The look I’ve gone for is a simple grey blue toned smoky eye with some lip gloss instead of a lipstick since I don’t want the look to be too heavy.

*Makeup Used*

L’Oreal Infallible 24/7 Foundation

Wake Me Up Rimmel Concealer

Topshop Glow

Barry M Contour Chisel Cheek

Zoeva Cocoa Palette Shades Delicate acidity and infusion

Soap and Glory Love at First Blush

Collectidon Fast Stroke Liquid Liner

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara

Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip gloss

Nothing changed in the way of how I apply foundation etc but for eyes I have swept delicate acidity all over the lids and made sure that it was blended in before adding infusion to the outer lids to create the smoky eye whilst belnding both shades together.  Adding liquid liner helps to define the lash line and lots of mascara creates a really dramatic look.

For cheeks since it is New Year I’ve used this soap and glory blush which has sparkle in it and looks lovely when reflected in the light.  The sexy mother pucker lip glossy feels nice on the lips but it does have a tingly sensation because apparently it plumps the lips * very strange*

I hope you like this makeup look and I’d love to know if you are going to recreate it for New Year and hope you have a wonderful 2016!
