Until last year I had more or less always just used makeup wipes to remove my makeup which isn’t the best for your skin. However, seeing most of the big brands such as Simple and Nivea jumping on the bandwagon of Micellar waters I knew that I had to give into the hype and give them a go.
The one I’ve been loving recently is from Garnier. You only need one or two cotton pads to remove all of the makeup off your face. What’s great is that it really does act like a magnet in the way that you don’t need to rub at all to remove the makeup.
After using this Micellar water my face feels super soft and refreshed. Above everything else, it really is convenient in terms of speed as it really takes off your makeup in seconds. The on the go sizes are great for travel particularly if your just going for an overnight somewhere.

Do you find that it is totally comfortable? My sister loooves micellar water, but the last one she tried irritated her. Does this irritate the eyes at all…?

How does it do with removing mascara? I saw that there is a waterproof make up remover with the blue cap. I am wondering if it’s worth purchasing.

Its good at removing mascara it usually takes 2 cotton pads per eye for me if I’ve been wearing a lot of eye makeup. I don’t wear waterproof mascara so not sure what it would be like for that 🙂
