Hi Everyone! I’ve been meaning to do a review of the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation for a while now, so as I was reaching for it this morning I decided to finally get round to writing this post.
If your not familiar, Bourjois re-launched their Healthy Mix Foundation at the beginning of this year, complete with slightly new packaging for 2017. Its available in Boots and Superdrug for £9.99 and in my opinion is one of the best drugstore foundations on the market.
I’ve always loved this foundation as I feel it really makes the skin look fresh and awake which is due to the Vitamin Mix of C, E and B5. I’d say that it gives a good medium coverage and it isn’t a matte foundation so your skin is left looking quite dewy, and as the name would suggest healthy.
I find this foundation blends really well and doesn’t tend to cake at areas of dryness on the face something that I’ve had problems with other foundations doing so. You’ll be glad to know that the re- launch has retained the scent of peaches *yay* and the bottle now has a square top and pump. The foundation claims to last for up to 16hrs but I haven’t as of yet put that to the test. However, during my 12 hr days I have noticed that at the end of the day the foundation doesn’t look too bad!
I hope you liked this review, be sure to leave me a comment and follow my blog for future posts
